CONTACTLESS DELIVERY
- All of our courier partners are now providing contactless deliveries wherever possible.
DELIVERY UPDATES
- We are open for business and dispatching all orders as quickly as possible.
- Due to our couriers implementing social distancing measures, please allow 5 – 7 additional days for your order to arrive, over and above our expected delivery timeframes to your area.
NOT RECEIVING EMAILS?
- If you have not received your order confirmation email or your order tracking email, please be sure to check your Spam and Junk folders.
- Please add ‘nimbullsmarthome.com.au’ to your email whitelist to help prevent this happening in future.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
- Please be aware that we are experiencing high demand at present, and more products than usual may be out of stock.
- We are restocking as quickly as possible, if you would like to get an ETA on a product please write to us at contact@nimbull.com on the products that you want. This will ensure that you are the first to be notified when the product returns.
